Person arrested for threatening Shakib by posting photos on Facebook Live. RAB has arrested Mohsin Talukder (25) of Sylhet for threatening to to death the world’s best all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan by Facebook Live.
He was arrested from South Sunamganj on Tuesday, 17 November.
RAB-9 ASP Kamruzzaman and Sunamganj RAB commander Faisal Ahmed confirmed the matter.
RAB-9 ASP Kamruzzaman told at around 12 noon, “Mohsin Talukder, who had threatened Shakib Al Hasan a while ago, was arrested from South Sunamganj. He is now being brought to Sylhet. I will give the details later.”
On Sunday, November 15, at 12:06 pm, Mohsin came on facebook live from his ID and threatened Shakib.
Later that morning, he came on Facebook live again. And expressed his sorrow. And then questioned Shakib, why he goes to India to inaugurate Kali Puja.
On Tuesday, November, RAB and police cordoned off Mohsin’s house in Shahpur Talukdarpara of Sylhet Sadar Upazila around 12 pm. He was not found then.
Meanwhile, Sub-Inspector (SI) Mahbub Morshed filed a case against Mohsin Talukder under the Digital Security Act at Jalalabad Police Station in Sylhet on Monday night, November 17.
