A discussion meeting and rally was held on the occasion of `National Productivity Day 2o19 ‘ in Chandpur. A rally came out of Chandpur Circuit House on Wednesday, Oct 2 at 8 am and ended in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. This year’s theme is ‘Productivity in Global Competition.’
Deputy Commissioner Md. Majedur Rahman Khan addressed the chief guest at a meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Room. Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Shawkat Osman chaired the meeting.
Senior scientific fisheries officer Flora presented the video documentary on the day. The meeting was conducted by the Deputy Magistrate’s Office Executive Magistrate Md.Aliduzzaman.
Speakers said, “Onion market today is volatile in the hope of generating more profits. One must always think about the suffering of ordinary people. The demand for our onion is 5 lakh MT as per demand.
In order to increase production,we need to change our mindset. There’ll be a huge change in the productivity of Chandpur.
