The award ceremony of the winners took place at the Sadar Upazila Parishad Auditorium on Wednesday,Oct 2, at the Upazila level of Creative Intellectual Exploration and National Education Week-2019 at Chandpursader
Upazila Parishad Chairman Mohammad Nurul Islam Nazim Dewan addressed the meeting as the chief guest while organizing the Upazila Secondary Education Office.
He said in his speech, “The government is working to bring about radical change in education. Through the Ministry of Education, merit exploration and education are being given to meritorious students during the week. This is a great initiative of the government.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni’s discretion has made the study quality much better. Education sector is changing because qualified and good people like education minister are sitting in the seat of education ministry. From you we will find talented Bangladesh.’
Upazila Executive Officer Kaniz Fatema presided over the special guest while Vice Chairman of the Upazila Parishad Ayub Ali Beppari spoke on Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md.Kamal Hossain. Upazila Academic Super Visitor Suman Kumar Das conducted the ceremony.
Dr. Sirajul Islam, Principal of Chandpur Technical School and College, DrJasim Uddin, Principal of Bishnudi Islamia Azimia Madrasa. The prize was distributed among the winners after the discussion.
In the pursuit of creative talent, 12 were awarded in 5 categories on National Education Week.
