Shamim Patwary is going to make his T20 debut today

Liton Das left the field after suffering a hand injury while fielding in the first T20 of the series on Thursday. Although Mahmudullah Riyad’s team won by 6 wickets after topping Zimbabwe’s challenging score of 152, Liton Das did not bat.

The chief selector said that Liton had pain in his wrist before. That is why it was not possible for him to bat in the first T20 match.

Meanwhile, Minhazul Abedin Nannu further said that young all-rounder Shamim Patwary is making his debut at the Sports Club ground in Harare today (Friday). He is going to make his T20 debut as the 71st cricketer of Bangladesh.

Nannu’s explanation is that Liton Das will not be able to play today. So Shamim Patwary will be played.
