Warning signal number 1 at river port.The country’s inland river ports have been asked to display the number one local warning signal until 6:00 p.m.

This was stated in the weather forecast of the inland river ports of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Friday (September 18).

The weather forecast for the river port is as follows: Rangpur, Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogra, Tangail, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Faridpur, Madaripur, Jessore, Kushtia, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Cumilla, Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar and Sylhet over the south. Temporary gusts or gusts of wind with rain or thunderstorms at speeds of up to 40 to 60 kmph from the east. Therefore, river ports in these areas have been asked to display the number one warning signal.

Meanwhile, the weather forecast for Dhaka and surrounding areas said that the sky may be partly cloudy. Rain / thunderstorms may occur. The wind may blow from the south / south-east at a speed of (8-12) km . Daytime temperatures may remain unchanged.
