On Monday, May 11 in the regular health bulletin of the Department of Health coronavirus Additional Director General (Administration) of the Department, Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana gave this information.
She said samples from a total of 37 laboratories, including the new one, were tested and another 7,267 samples were collected in the last 24 hours to detect coronavirus. Seven thousand and 208 samples were tested. A total of one lakh and 29 thousand 865 samples were tested in the country. Coronavirus has been detected in 1,034 more people in new samples. This is the highest identification record in 24 hours. A total of 15 thousand and 691 people have been affected in the country. Eleven more died among the victims. As a result, the death toll stood at 239. And 252 more people have recovered in the last 24 hours. 2,902 people returned home.
The bulletin urges everyone to follow the guidelines of the Department of Health and the World Health Organization to avoid the risk of coronavirus infection.
