2 more died of Corona in Chandpur, 35 identified as infected.Two more people died of Corona in Chandpur.

Chandpur Sadar Hospital and Sadar Upazila Health Department have confirmed the news.

According to Chandpur Sadar Hospital sources, a woman named Jahanara Begum (55) died while undergoing treatment at the Corona Isolation Ward of Sadar Hospital at 5.30 pm on Thursday,April 22.

She was admitted to the hospital with corona symptoms. Her house is in Lalpur area of ​​Bishnupur union of Chandpur Sadar upazila.

According to Chandpur Sadar Upazila Health Department, Md Mizan, 55, a resident of Adarsha ​​Musilampara in Chandpur town, died of corona.

His corona was identified on April 8.

He was taken to Comilla Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on the evening of April 20. Sadar Upazila Health Department confirmed the matter on Thursday.

Meanwhile, 35 more people identified as infected. Among them 14 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 5 from Matlab South, 5 from Matlab North, 2 from Faridganj, 3 from Shahrasti, 2 from Kachua, 2 from Hajiganj, 1 from Haimchar and 1 from Shariatpur Sadar.

On the same day, 35 people were declared healthy. Among them 13 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 3 from Haimchar, 3 from Kachua, 2 from Faridganj, 6 from Shahrasti, 7 from Hajiganj and 1 from Matlab North.

The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 4,005 including new victims.

Total death toll has risen to 110 so far. 3270 people have recovered. At present 625 people are undergoing treatment. Among them, 14 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital.The rest are in home isolation.
