In Hajiganj, 618 people including 28 new people were infected with corona. Corona has been identified in the bodies of 26 people in Hajiganj in the last one day. With this, the number of victims in this upazila stood at 617 people.
Among the victims, 9 are from Hajiganj municipality and the remaining 19 are from different unions. Besides, 22 people have died of corona in Hajiganj upazila so far. Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office confirmed the information.
Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer HM Soyeb Ahmed Chishti said there were 28 positive patients in the last 24 hours. Which is the highest record ever in the upazila.
