In the country 37 deaths were reported in 24 hours.In the last 24 hours, 37 people have died of coronavirus in the country. At the same time, 2,459 people have been identified as affected by Corona.

The total number of deaths in Corona in the country is 2,618. The total number of identities is 2 lakh and 4 thousand 525 people.

Additional Director General of the Department of Health Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana gave this information on Sunday (July 19). The Department of Health regularly conducts online briefings on the coronavirus situation in the country.

Professor Nasima Sultana said samples from 10,625 people were tested in the last 24 hours. So far 9 lakh and 93 thousand 291 samples have been tested in 80 labs.

She said 1,546 more Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of one lakh 11 thousand and 642 people have recovered.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
