40 more people died of coronavirus

In the last 24 hours, 40 more people have died of coronavirus in the country. At the same time, 2,576 new patients infected with corona have been identified.

So far, corona infection has been detected in 8 lakh 20 thousand 395 people in the country. 12 thousand 989 of them have died.

Additional Director General (Administration) of the Department of Health, Professor Nasima Sultana gave this information throughh press release on Thursday, June 10.

The notification further said that 2,061 more patients undergoing treatment at home and hospital have recovered in the last one day. So far, the total number of healthy patients has increased to 7 lakh 59 thousand 630 people.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 8. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of the coronavirus.
