Demand for re-evaluation of 40th BCS written test results

Students have demanded re-evaluation of the written test of the 40th BCS alleging technical error. They have threatened to go on strike if the authorities do not respond to the demand by Monday, February 8.

At a press conference held at the Dhaka University Press Association on Sunday, February 7 in the afternoon, those who failed the 40th BCS written test demanded a re-evaluation of the results.

At the press conference, students said that the results of the 40th BCS written test were published on January 27. Many results are also unexpectedly dropped due to OMR overlapping or technical errors in the list. In view of this, on February 1, 3 and 7, we submitted three separate applications with a list of more than 1000 students, and the authorities accepted our applications.

However, after receiving the application, they complained that the PSC authorities did not officially inform them about their claim.
