On the occasion of the upcoming thirteenth national parliament election, the central Gono Forum has released the list of candidates for 133 seats across Bangladesh.
The Gono Forum led by Dr. Kamal Hossain released this list of candidates.
Among the party’s senior leaders, Adv. Selim Akbar’s name has been released as the rising sun marker candidate for Chandpur-3 constituency.
The party’s acting president Adv. Subrata Chowdhury released this list at a press conference at the National Press Club on Saturday.
In a reaction on Sunday night, Adv. Selim Akbar told this reporter that our final candidate list will be released on November 22nd, God willing.
Initially, I think the party has evaluated my work. In the future, the activities of the Gono Forum will be further accelerated and a responsibility to work locally and nationally for the residents of Chandpur Sadar-Haimchar has increased.
I seek everyone’s prayers and cooperation so that the people of Chandpur and Haimchar are not discriminated against and that we can fulfill our responsibilities on the basis of equality without judging the people based on any party considerations.
