One people arrested with yaba in Faridganj. Faridganj police have arrested the accused in a special operation with 10 pieces of yaba.
On Saturday afternoon, May 1, under the direction of Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Shahid Hossain, ASI Mohsin Kabir along with allied forces conducted a special operation near Kachiyara Kalir Bazar crossroads in the municipal headquarters of the upazila and arrested drug dealer Mohammad Ahsan Patwary (26) along with 10 pieces of yaba.
Faridganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Shahid Hossain said the drug dealer Ahsan has been sent to court after filing a case under the Narcotics Act.
He sought the full cooperation of the people of Faridganj and said, “We will do our utmost to make this upazila drug free by bringing anyone involved in drugs under the law.”
