The number of corona cases in Chandpur has increased to 2730.Out of 33 reports from Corona Lab in Chandpur, 2 corona have been identified. With this, the number of people infected by corona in the district has increased to 2730 people. The death toll is 86. 2581 people have recovered. At present 63 people are undergoing treatment.
Among those identified as Corona are 1 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila and 1 from Shahrasti. However, no one was declared corona-free on this day.
The information was revealed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Tuesday, January 19.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 2730 people infected by corona in Chandpur district are: 1180 in Chandpur Sadar, 301 in Faridganj, 296 in Matlab South, 252 in Shahrasti, 229 in Hajiganj, 206 in Matlab North, 172 in Haimchar and 94 in Kachu.
The total number of deaths in Corona district is 86: 27 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 13 in Faridganj, 11 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 4 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
