Corona infected in Chandpur district increased to 2653

4 more people in Chandpur identified corona, 5 healthy.Out of 54 reports from Corona Lab in Chandpur, 4 corona have been identified and 5 corona have been identified. With this, the number of corona infected in the district has increased to 2653 people. The death toll was 85. 2533 people have recovered. At present 35 people are undergoing treatment.

Among those identified as Corona are 1 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 1 from Matlab South and 2 from Shahrasti. Among those affected by Corona are 2 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila and 3 from Shahrashti.

This information has been known from the sources of the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Tuesday, December 29.

MA Wadud, a linguist from Chandpur, received 54 reports from the RT-PCR lab. 4 of them are corona positive. The remaining 50 corona are negative. At present there are 13 isolated patients in the district.

The current upazila-wise statistics of 2653 people infected by corona in Chandpur district are: 1135 in Chandpur Sadar, 295 in Faridganj, 290 in Matlab South, 248 in Shahrasti, 221 in Hajiganj, 202 in Matlab North, 170 in Haimchar and 92 in Kachu.

The upazila-wise statistics of 85 deaths in Corona district are as follows: 28 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 12 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 4 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
