In Chandpur, out of 36 samples, 8 were identified.Of the 36 new sample tests collected in Chandpur on Saturday and Sunday, 8 came back positive. In other words, the corona of 8 new people has been identified. Among them 3 are from Chandpur Sadar, 2 from Matlab North, 2 from Faridganj and 1 from Hajiganj.
On the same day, 5 people were declared healthy from Corona. Among them 2 are from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Haimchar, 1 from Faridganj and 1 from Matlab South.
With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2361 people. The death toll is 78. 2197 people have recovered. At present 86 people are undergoing treatment.

According to sources, a total of 36 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR lab of Chandpur on Sunday. Of these, 8 are corona positive. The remaining 28 reports are negative.
At present, the upazila-wise statistics of 2361 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 950 in Chandpur Sadar, 270 in Faridganj, 265 in Matlab South, 231 in Shahrasti, 202 in Hajiganj, 198 in Matlab North, 160 in Haimchar and 85 in Kachu.
The upazila-wise statistics of 78 deaths in the district are: 23 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 11 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
