35 people died of coronavirus

In the last 24 hours, 35 people have died of coronavirus in the country. At the same time, another 1,888 patients have been identified.

Corona infection has been detected in 4 lakh 75 thousand 879 people in the country so far. 6,807 of them died.

This information was given in the press release of the Department of Health on Saturday (December 5).

In the last 24 hours, 13,199 samples were collected and 13,540 samples were tested in 116 laboratories, the health department said in a statement. The total number of sample tests stood at 28 lakh 49 thousand 951.

In the last 24 hours, another 2,457 Covid-19 patients have recovered. With this, a total of 3 lakh 93 thousand 408 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, the detection rate was 13.94 percent compared to the sample test. So far, the total detection rate is 16.70 percent, the recovery rate is 82.67 percent and the death rate is 1.43 percent.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 8. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of the coronavirus.
