145 people died of Coronavirus in country

Another 145 people have died across the country in the last 24 hours. The death toll from the deadly virus rose to 25,023.

At the same time, another 5,993 new patients have been identified as infected with corona. With this, the total number of identified patients in the country stands at 14 lakh 53 thousand 203 people.

This information was given in a press release signed by Additional Director General (Administration) of the Department of Health Prof. Nasima Sultana Friday, August 20.

On March 8 last year, the first three people in the country were diagnosed with coronavirus. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person in the country died of the virus.
