8 more people died in Corona unit in Chandpur. Eight more died while undergoing treatment at the Corona unit of Chandpur General Hospital. Of these, two died in Corona and the other six died of symptoms.
Corona Focalperson Dr. Md. Sujauddaula Rubel confirmed the information on Friday, August 6. .
The deceased have been identified as Kulsuma (55) and Sajeda Begum (70). On the other hand, Rezia Begum (90), Morzina Begum (35), Lokman Hossain (62), Jahanara Begum (56), Khaleda (45) and Delwar Hossain (45) died of the symptoms.
According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office, 187 people have died of corona in the district so far. Of these, 70 are in Chandpur Sadar, 28 in Faridganj, 12 in Matlab South, 25 in Shahrasti, 25 in Hajiganj, 4 in Haimchar, 13 in Matlab North and 10 in Kachua.
