World-famous Nano-scientist Dr. Jamal Uddin, a professor at Copen State University in Maryland, will visit three colleges in Chandpur on Saturday, March 14th. He came to Bangladesh last night on March 10 from his family in the US with his family. However, after about 30 years, he came to his birthplace on Friday at Hajiganj upazila in Chandpur.
On Saturday, he will go to Chandpur Government College, Government Women’s College and Hajiganj Degree College. He will join the Motivational Program with college teachers and students. He is expected to be accompanied by a few professors of Dhaka University, BUET and Jagannath University.
Earlier on Wednesday, an agreement was signed with Jagannath University. Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Mizanur Rahman was present on the occasion.
Dr. Jamal Uddin said, “I wish to establish a laboratory on nanotechnology in Bangladesh. For this, I will come to my country from now on. I will listen to teacher students in different educational institutions. ‘
