Girls will learn to protest by watching ‘Shahana’ .Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni says that girls will learn to protest by watching ‘Shahana’ cartoons. Adolescents need to learn to resist sexual harassment to move freely in an independent country.

This was stated during the inauguration of Shahana cartoons in the classroom on Saturday morning of January 11, with a lesson from sixth to ninth-tenth grade through a sample class at Lake Circus High School in the capital.
Education Minister said , ‘women are considered weak. But to oppress someone as weak is illegal. Through this Shahana cartoon, we can see how the Shahana girl protests. She also encouraged the students to protest wherever they see crime’.

Dr. Dipu Moni said , ‘The Shahana cartoon character will teach you how to protest against acts such as sexual harassment, dowry and child marriages during adolescence. Because infringing one’s rights is not only bad for one person, it is detrimental to the entire society. That’s why we have to protect the rights of all’.
