In Chandpur 30 More People Identified As Corona Infected

In Chandpur, more than half a thousand people including 30 more were identified as corona infected. Corona of 30 more people have been identified. Two of them died. With the new identification, the number of patients infected with corona in Chandpur district has dropped to more than half a thousand. Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office sources said this information on Wednesday afternoon, June 17.

Among the new victims are 6 from Matlab ICDDRB, 19 from Chandpur Sadar, 4 from Faridganj and 1 from Hajiganj. Among them are Aziz Mollah (65) of Faridganj and Mofizul Islam (65) of Chandpur Sadar.

With this, the total number of patients affected by corona in the district stood at 508. The death toll rose to 41 people.

At present there are 508 people affected by Corona in Chandpur district.

Upazila-wise statistics of 508 people affected by corona in chandpur district are: 181 in Chandpur Sadar, 59 in Hajiganj, 61 in Faridganj, 28 in Kachua, 27 in Matlab North, 63 in Shahrasti, 50 in Matlab South and 33 in Haimchar.

Besides, the upazila-wise statistics of 41 deaths in the district are: 12 in Chandpur Sadar, 12 in Hajiganj, 5 in Faridganj, 4 in Kachua, 4 in Matlab North, 3 in Shahrasti and 1 in Matlab South.

According to the Civil Surgeon’s Office, 90 sample test reports came to the office from Dhaka on Wednesday.

Of these, 24 reports are not positive. Besides, in the sample test sent from ICDDRB to their main center in Mohakhali, 6 more people report came positive.

Although the samples were sent separately, they were also included with the affected patients in Chandpur due to their location in the district.
