In Chandpur 12 more people including the police identified as corona infected . Total infected rises to 565.In Chandpur, corona virus has been detected in the bodies of 15 new policemen and 12 others. Of these, 10 are from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Hajiganj (deceased Sushil Saha) and 1 from Raipur of Laxmipur district (deceased Md. Hossain).

In Chandpur district, the number of patients affected by corona stood at 565. The death toll was 46.

Sources at the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office said 57 reports came in on Sunday afternoon. Of these, 12 are positive. Negative 45.

The district-wise statistics of 565 corona-affected patients in the district are; 217 in Chandpur Sadar, 71 in Matlab South, 63 in Shahrashti, 64 in Hajiganj, 61 in Faridganj, 33 in Haimchar, 28 in Kachua, 27 in Matlab North and 1 in Raipur in Laxmipur district.

Mohammad Hossain of Raipur died while undergoing treatment at the isolation unit of Chandpur General Hospital. Therefore, he has been included in the death list in Chandpur district.

Of the 44 deaths in Corona in Chandpur district, 14 were in Hajiganj, 12 in Chandpur Sadar, six in Faridganj, four in Kachua, four in Matlab North, three in Shahrasti, two in Matlab North and one in Raipur in Laxmipur district.
