In Hajiganj 5 More People Died Due To Corona

In Hajiganj, 5 more people died due to corona positive and symptoms.Hajiganj upazila has already become a corona hotspot among the 8 upazila of Chandpur. For the past week or so, there have been reports of coronavirus deaths and symptoms almost daily. And in this way, starting from intelectual group of this upazila, it is in extreme panic.

This upazila is going to turn into one death procession after another from the morning of Friday 5th June. About 17 people have been reported dead in the upazila so far, including five new ones.

Abdul Awal(45) former convener of Hajiganj Municipal Juba Dal, died at his home in Makimabad on Friday, June 05 at 7:30 am. He went to Hajiganj Upazila Hospital on Thursday morning with fever, sore throat and cold and gave a sample, the report of which is awaited.

Mithila Akhter(20) daughter of Bakila Union Juba Dal leader Mobasher Hossain, died at Karmitola Hospital in Dhaka on Friday morning.

Meanwhile, Md. Ennatali village of Barakul East Urion No. 6 of the upazila. Dullal Hossain(55) died on Friday morning with corona symptoms. Samples were collected at Hajiganj Upazila Health Complex around 12:00 noon on Friday.

Hajiganj Municipality and Bakila Union’s two more people died said Shariful Islam, a union worker.

Hajiganj Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer HM Soheb Ahmed Chishti said, ‘We have collected samples from one of the dead till noon on Friday’.

Meanwhile, after the Friday prayers on Friday, one by one, they went down to bury everyone, the only voluntary burial team in the upazila led by the Islamic ruling movement.
