Green tea is rich in antioxidants like catechins. It helps to increase the efficiency of the brain. It also increases alertness. It helps to keep you calm and improve your memory. So make it a habit to drink green tea regularly.

This type of food has multiple benefits. It is an essential fatty acid that helps control heart disease, contributes to weight loss, acts as an antioxidant, keeps joints well. It helps deal with depression. We can find omega-3 in foods like salmon, chia seeds, nuts, etc., says Delnaz Chanduwadia.

Bell paper is rich in vitamin A, a source of vitamin B6. It is an essential nutrient for normal brain development and function and helps the body make the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine.
