Last 24 Hours 51 People Died Due To Corona

The number of coronavirus cases is increasing in the country. In the last 24 hours, 51 people have died due to corona in the country. With this, the total number of deaths in Corona in the country stood at 2,547.

At the same time, 3,034 people have been identified as affected by Corona. The total number of identified is one lakh and 99 thousand 357 people.

This information was given in the regular health bulletin from Mohakhali on Friday (July 17) at noon by the Additional Director General (Administration) of the Department of Health, Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana.

She said 1,762 more Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of 1 lakh and 8 thousand 725 people have recovered.

Professor Nasima Sultana said 13,681 samples have been collected in the last 24 hours. 13 thousand and 460 samples have been tested. So far 10 lakh and 6 thousand 751 samples have been tested.

The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of coronavirus infection.
