President’s Press Secretary Joynal Abedin said that the President’s speech will be broadcast soon after the inauguration of fireworks at various places across the country at 8 pm on Tuesday (Tuesday).
Besides, a prayer meeting and discussion meeting will be held in the court hall of Bangabhaban in the evening. Joynal Abedin said that the President will attend the Milad Mahfil with the Bangabhaban officials at 6 pm.
Today (March 17) is the birth anniversary of Bangabandhu. Every year Bangabandhu’s birthday is celebrated as National Children’s Day. This day is a public holiday. This time being the centennial birth anniversary of Bangabandhu, the day has added a new dimension.
Bangabandhu’s birth anniversary is being celebrated nationally. Therefore, the government has declared ‘Mujibabar’ from March 17, 2020 to March 26, 2021.
On this occasion, colorful programs were organized at home and abroad. However, the deadly virus outbreak has spread around the world due to the outbreak of Mujib.
