More than 1 lacs children will eat vitamin A plus in Chandpur.From January 11, Saturday the National Vitamin A-Plus Campaign will start.Civil Surgeon of Chandpur Dr. Sakhawat Ullah provided this information at Chandpur District.

Orientation workshop was organized at Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office on Thursday, January 09 at 1 pm with the print and electronic media staff working in Chandpur.

At the workshop he said, ‘This year the target has been set to feed 6-11 month 37,079 children and 12-59 month 2,91,247 children. The capsule will be fed without interuption between 8 am to 4 pm in the 2,339 centers.

Chandpur Press Club president Ikram Chowdhury, general secretary HM Ahsan Ullah and different print and electronic media were present there.
