114 people died of coronavirus in last 24 hrs

114 people died of coronavirus across the country in the last 24 hours. The death toll from the virus rose to 25,627 people.

At the same time, another 4,966 new patients have been identified as infected with corona. With this, the total number of identified patients in the country stands at 14 lakh 77 thousand 930 people.

This information was given in a press release signed by Additional Director General of the Department of Health (Administration) Professor Nasima Sultana on Wednesday, August 25.

On March 8 last year, the first three people in the country were diagnosed with coronavirus. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person to die from the virus in the country.
