Two brothers arrested with cannabis in Faridganj. Police have arrested two brothers with cannabis in Faridganj of Chandpur.
The arrested are: Md. Masum Sardar (25) and Md. Mohin Hossain Sardar (20). The detainees are from Saisanga village in Gupti West Union of Bari Upazila.
According to the police, two sons of the late Salamat Ullah Sardar of Saisanga village of Gupti West Union, Md. Masum Sardar (25) and Md. Mohin Hossain Sardar (20) were arrested during a special operation in Khajuria Bazar on Friday night. After searching them, 50 grams of cannabis recovered from them.
Faridganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Shahid Hossain said the two brothers were arrested and handed over to a court on Saturday after filing a case under the Narcotics Act.
