BUET Is Not Going To Central Admission Test

BUET is not going to the central admission test. The University of Bangladesh Engineering University (BUET) is not going to the Central Admission Test of the University Grants Commission.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Academic Council (Academic Council) of BUET on Wednesday, said Mizanur Rahman, a student welfare adviser at the university.
Professor Mizanur Rahman told the media on Thursday, ‘The admission test will be held in the next academic year according to the process that was practiced in BUET for a long time.A final decision has been made on the academic council of our university’.

But the UGC’s integrated admission test is not going to BUET? Asked about such a question, Mizanur Rahman said, “The BUET authorities expressed their gratitude for the comprehensive admission test in public universities. But BUET decided not to join.
It is to be noted that on January 23, UGC made the preliminary decision to take admission test in a comprehensive manner with all the universities of the country. Since then, Dhaka University, BUET and major five universities of the country have been showing disrespect for this matter.

The Vice-Chancellor informed that the university will announce the decision through the Academic Council at a meeting of the Vice Chancellors of Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University and BUET at UGC recently.
Today the BUET informed them of the decision.

Contextually, BUET first appeals to students. They then take the initial selection and take the admission test with a specified number of candidates. Based on this, the student is admitted.
