229 more corona identified in Chandpur. In Chandpur, corona of maximum 229 out of 587 samples has been identified. Infected detection rate in the sample ratio is 30.50%.

This information has been known from the sources of Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office on Monday, July 26.

Among the new victims are 70 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 25 from Hajiganj, 20 from Faridganj, 2 from Matlab North, 20 from Matlab South, 44 from Shahrasti, 32 from Kachua and 19 from Haimchar.

On the same day, 110 people have been declared tax free. Of these, 54 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 3 from Matlab North, 16 from Faridganj, 7 from Hajiganj, 1 from Kachua, 26 from Shahrashti and 3 from Matlab South.

According to the source, the number of people infected by Corona in the district has increased to 8366 including the new ones. The death toll has risen to 161. So far 6141 people have been declared healthy. At present the number of patients undergoing treatment is 2064. 68 of them are hospitalized. The rest are in home isolation.
