11 More People Identified As Corona Infected In Chandpur

The corona of 11 more people has been identified in Chandpur today. Among them 8 are from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Hajiganj and 2 from Shahrasti.

With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2047 people. The death toll is 75. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.

According to sources, a total of 73 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR lab of Chandpur-based linguist on Tuesday (August 18). Of these, 11 reports are not positive. The remaining 62 reports are not negative.

The current upazila-wise statistics of 2047 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 613 in Chandpur Sadar, 239 in Faridganj, 220 in Matlab South, 201 in Shahrasti, 190 in Hajiganj, 173 in Matlab North, 131 in Haimchar and 80 in Kachu.

The upazila-wise statistics of 75 deaths in the district are: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 10 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
