Corona of 5 more people has been identified in Chandpur. Sources said that a total of 102 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR Lab of Chandpur-based Bahasabi on Tuesday, September 08.
5 of these reports are not positive. The remaining 97 reports are negative.
Of these, 3 are from Chandpur Sadar, 1 from Matlab North and 1 from Shahrasti. On the same day, 7 people were declared free and healthy from Corona. Of these, 3 are from Chandpur Sadar, 2 from Matlab South and 2 from Matlab North.
With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2176 people. The death toll is 76. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 2176 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 873 in Chandpur Sadar, 252 in Faridganj, 230 in Matlab South, 212 in Shahrasti, 195 in Hajiganj, 188 in Matlab North, 143 in Haimchar and 83 in Kachua.
The upazila-wise statistics of 76 deaths in the district are as follows: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 11 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
