Total Corona Patients Crossed 200 In Chandpur With 15 New People

Total corona patients crossed 200 in Chandpur with 15 new people.In the last 24 hours, 15 more corona have been identified in Chandpur district. Among them 3 are from Chandpur Sadar upazila. The rest are from other upazila.

The total number of corona patients in Chandpur district stood at 210. The death toll has risen to 16.

Among the new victims are Lab Technologist (53) of Chandpur Chest Disease (TB) Clinic and driver (53) of Haimchar Upazila Health Complex. Among them, the lab technician of the TV clinic used to collect samples for corona test in Sadar upazila.

Among the new victims is 1 youth (32) from Alimpara in Chandpur town.

The information was given by the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Monday morning. According to sources, 63 people have received reports today. 15 reports are not positive. One of them is dead.

The upazila-wise statistics of the total 16 deaths in the district are: 5 in Chandpur Sadar, 3 in Faridganj, 3 in Kachua, 2 in Hajiganj, 1 in Shahrashti and 2 in Matlab North.

Meanwhile, the presence of various vehicles and people is increasing at a huge rate in Chandpur town, the hotspot of Corona.

Various business establishments have been opened. As a result, Chandpur district town is at extreme risk of corona infection. Although the Ministry of Public Administration of Bangladesh has announced to keep everything in a limited form from June 01, in reality it has been seen that since May 31, the common people have maintained everything everywhere.

On the ground of Chandpur city, it has been seen that the presence of vehicles and people is increasing at a huge rate in different parts of the city. Various shops, jute and various private institutions have been opened. Looking at the real picture of the city, it seems that there is no epidemic in the country.

After the effects of the corona virus have subsided, everything seems to be back to normal. So the presence of vehicles and people in the city is going on as usual. Many people are seen walking without masks.
