Chandpur Deputy Commissioner Anjana Khan Majlish has tested positive for COVID-19. She herself confirmed the matter on Monday night.
She felt physically ill on Sunday. She gave the samples to Chandpur Government General Hospital on Monday afternoon.
Later that night her sample report came back positive. Although she is infected with Coronavirus, she is in good physical condition. She is currently in isolation at her official residence.
Last week she attended a three-day district administrator’s conference in Dhaka. She came to Chandpur on Sunday and did office work.
