335 more people identified as infected in Chandpur. In Chandpur, 335 more corona were identified in one day. The total number of samples collected on this day was 861. Infected detection rate in the sample ratio is 38.90%. On this day, 2 people of Shahrasti died due to corona.

According to the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office, the new victims include 100 from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 42 from Hajiganj, 39 from Faridganj, 10 from Matlab North, 22 from Matlab South, 37 from Haimchar, 66 from Shahrasti and 19 from Kachua.

On the same day, 162 people were declared corona free. Of these, 54 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 27 from Faridganj, 13 from Hajiganj, 6 from Matlab South, 22 from Matlab North, 29 from Shahrasti and 11 from Haimchar.

The number of newly infected people in the district has increased to 10,553. The death toll has risen to 173. So far 7039 people have been declared healthy. At present the number of patients undergoing treatment is 3,341. Of these, 103 are hospitalized. The rest are in home isolation.
