Professor Dr. Nasima Sultana said 4,249 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. So far a total of 11 lakh and 93 thousand 544 samples have been tested.
She said 1,066 more Covid-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. With this, a total of one lakh 37 thousand and 905 people have recovered.
The first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) in the country was identified on March 08. Ten days later, on March 18, the first person died of a coronavirus.
