In Chandpur 5 More People Died Due To Corona Symptoms

In Chandpur, 5 more people died due to corona symptoms.In 24 hours, 5 people died in Chandpur due to corona symptoms. In the last 24 hours, five people have died in Chandpur with symptoms of coronavirus. They died on Tuesday (June 02) night and Wednesday (June 03) morning in the isolation ward and home of Sadar Hospital.

They are village doctor Abu Taher Bhuiyan (60), Abdur Razzak (70), Lucky Begum (34), Mojibur Rahman (70) and Jahangir Alam (60).

Chandpur General Hospital Residential Medical Officer and Corona Affairs Focal Person AHM Sujauddaula Rubel said a woman named Lucky Begum of Kalandi village in Sadar upazila died in the isolation unit of the hospital on Wednesday morning. Besides, Abu Taher Bhuiyan, a village doctor of Bhuiyan house in west Bagadi village of Bagadi union of Sadar upazila at around 12:00 pm and Abdur Razzak of Kalandi village of Sadar upazila died at around 2:00 pm on Tuesday. The bodies of the dead have been collected and buried in a special system.

Mojibur Rahman(70) of Bolia village in Hatila East union of Hajiganj upazila died of coronary heart disease at around 8:30 pm on Tuesday. Jahangir Alam, a trader of Hajiganj Bazar, died of corona at 8:30 am on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Mojibur Rahman’s body was lying at home all night but no one from the area came forward. Chandpur Additional Superintendent of Police Afzal Hossain himself came and buried the body at 8:30 am on Wednesday with the help of the Upazila Burial-Shroud Committee.

Chandpur Additional Superintendent of Police (Hajiganj Circle) Afzal Hossain said the body of Mojibur Rahman of Boliar in Hajiganj was lying at home at night but no public representative of the area came forward. I go and call them in the morning. Yet they did not come. They came forward to report later.

He further said that it is the duty of everyone socially to come forward for the burial of those who have died. It is an aversion to society to neglect to stay away, to forbid others to come to the burial-shroud. They need to be identified socially.
