About 9 deaths were reported in the upazila due to corona infection and its symptoms. The people of the upazila are in panic over the news of one attack and death after another.
It is known that an old man named Mojibur Rahman (80) and another tenant named Jahangir Hossain (57) of Hajiaganj Bazar died in the village of Ward number 4 of Hatila 8 no. Union of the upazila on Tuesday night, 02 june.
On Tuesday night, Islam Andolan Bangladesh Hajiganj Upazila burial team reached the dead with corona symptoms.
They were buried at the family graveyard on Wednesday morning, June 03.
Meanwhile, since the Hajiganj Bazar became a hot spot on May 31, the people of the upazila have been living in complete panic over the news of one attack after another and death with symptoms.
