In Chandpur, corona detection increased to 2162.The corona of 6 more people was identified in Chandpur on Sunday. Among them 1 is from Chandpur Sadar, 3 from Kachua and 2 from Shahrasti. On the same day, 7 people were declared free and healthy from Corona. Among them 1 from Chandpur Sadar, 2 from Matlab South, 2 from Shahrasti and 2 from Hajiganj.
With this, the number of people affected by corona in the district increased to 2162 people. The death toll is 76. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.
According to sources, a total of 120 reports came from MA Wadud RT-PCR lab of Chandpur-based Bahasabi on Sunday. 6 of these reports are not positive. The remaining 114 reports are negative.
At present, the upazila-wise statistics of 2162 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 864 in Chandpur Sadar, 249 in Faridganj, 230 in Matlab South, 211 in Shahrasti, 195 in Hajiganj, 187 in Matlab North, 143 in Haimchar and 83 Kachua.
The upazila-wise statistics of 76 deaths in the district are as follows: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 11 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.
