Corona of 37 more people is identified in Chandpur. Another 3 corona were identified in Chandpur on Monday. Among them 23 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 2 from Matlab North, 3 from Matlab South, 6 from Hajiganj, 1 from Faridganj, 1 from Kachua and 1 from Shahrasti.
This information has been known from the sources of the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Sunday, April 11. Samples of 189 people were collected in the entire district. According to the report received at night, 37 people were affected by corona, while the remaining 152 people reported corona negative.
On the same day, 24 people were declared healthy. Among them 19 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 1 from Matlab South, 1 from Haimchar, 1 from Hajiganj, 1 from Kachua and 1 from Faridganj.
The number of people infected with corona in the district has increased to 3664 with new cases. The death toll was 103. 2976 people have recovered. At present 590 people are undergoing treatment. Among the injured, 16 are undergoing treatment in the isolation ward of Chandpur Sadar Hospital. The rest are in home isolation.
