Journalist Saed Patwary of Chandpur passes away

Journalist Saed Patwary of Chandpur passes away: Faridganj Press Club mourns. Zakir Hossain Saed Patwary, vice-president of Faridganj Press Club in Chandpur, has passed away. (Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un). He died at a hospital in the capital on Friday afternoon, December 03, after a long illness due to a stroke.

He was 50 years old at the time of his death.

The Faridganj Press Club has expressed deep grief over the death of journalist Zakir Hossain Saeed Patwary.

In his colorful career, besides business, he has been the former director of Chandpur Palli Bidyut Samiti-2, vice-president of Faridganj Press Club, and Upazila Correspondent of Chandpur Pratidin, Pratidiner Sangbad, News Today, and New Sun newspaper.

The first Janazah will be held in front of Faridganj Press Club on Saturday, December 04 at 9 am and the second Janazah will be held at Kaunia Patwari house in Rupsha South Union of his birthplace. At the family graveyard, he will be buried after the second janazah prayer.
