Online classes are being started for grade XI

Online classes are being started for the newly admitted students in grade XI to continue the educational activities in the coronavirus situation. Classes at this level will begin in the first week of October. To this end, the textbooks of this class will be opened for sale in the market on October 01. Admission will start from Sunday (September 13). It will continue till September 17. This information has been known from the Inter-Education Coordinating Board.

Inter-Board of Education Coordinator Professor Ziaul Haque said, ‘Classes of grade XI students will start in the first week of October. However, due to the Corona situation, this class will only run online. Normal classes will start when the educational institution opens.’

It is Known that this time also the students who have passed SSC and equivalent examinations in three steps apply for admission. About 14 lakh students have applied for admission. This year 16 lakh and 90 thousand 523 people have passed SSC and equivalent examinations. On the other hand, the total number of text books for higher secondary is 39. Among these, English and Bangla textbooks are officially published. This time the book on information and communication technology is also available in the market along with the books of private publishers as well as the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB). There was a lawsuit against this book. As a result, the remaining 35 books published by private publishers are in the market.
