Police are working to ensure hygiene in markets in Chandpur. Chandpur district police is working to prevent Covid-19 infection under the slogan “Let’s wear masks and inspire others to wear masks”.

Chandpur District Superintendent of Police Md Milon Mahmud instructed the Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) to ensure mask while maintaining social distance at several business establishments including Hakim Plaza, Railway Harkas Market, Mir Shopping Complex on Sunday afternoon.

Assistant Superintendent of Police Jannatul Ferdous, Chandpur Sadar Model Police Station OC Muhammad Abdur Rashid and other police personnel were present at the time.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Snigdha Sarkar said, We have instructed shopkeepers to conduct business by ensuring masks while maintaining social distance.
