Secondary and Primary level books were distributed at Chandpur

The demand of 42,79,109 copies of the books have been sent to all secondary schools, madrasa and ebtedaye educational institutions and primary education in 8 upazilas of Chandpur.

Already 99% of those books have arrived in the district and distribution has been completed at the self education institute. The District Secondary and Primary Education Office,Chandpur told December 26. The number of students is 3,21,699.

According to the information 29,11,635 copies of 2,200,43 students for the 295 secondary schools in the district, 9,6199 copies of 62,331 students from sixth to ninth grade. 7,491 copies for secondary level sixth to ninth grade English version.

Demand has been sent for 49,130 copies for technical 2,675 students .4,04654 copies for 55,929 ebtedaye students.

It is advisable to distribute the books in the presence of teachers, school management committees and local dignitaries in self-education institutes in the hands of all the students of the sixth grade from the 6th to the official announcement of the book festival on January 1.

In the past, self-education institutes have been dispatched from their respective secondary education offices as per the requirement of allotment of textbooks, all the textbooks of the class have been dispatched to their respective institutes only after self-initiation.

In Chandpur, a total of 14,76,237 copies of books have been sought during the 2020 academic year, which has reached the warehouse or book archive of the upazila of Chandpur district and distribution has been completed, according to the District Primary Education Office.

According to the information received, the book has been allocated for 1,111 government primary school and 610 kindergarten institutions in Chandpur district. The annual number of prospective students on the basis of the survey by the respective teachers of their own catchman area in each upazila in the district is 3,12,369.

According to the demand of the books allotted, grad one 1,94,787 copies,grad two 1,92,192 copies, grade three 3,73,380 copies, rgade four 3,67,746 Copies and books of 5th grade 3,48,182 copies.
