Two German citizens visiting Chandpur district.They enjoyed history and heritage of chandpur.At the invitation of the Wikipedia community of Chandpur Wikipedia, the Wikimedia Foundation’s Trust and Safety Specialist Crystal Steigenberger, a visiting German poet, literary and architect Armin Steigenberger has visited Chandpur’s history and heritage. They came to visit Chandpur by boat on Wednesday, March 04 at 11 am.
When they arrived in Chandpur, they were greeted with warm greetings and full wishes by Delwar Hossain, the chief coordinator of the Chandpur Wikipedia community, co-coordinator Abdul Ghani and member Muhammad Al-Amin at the launch.
They were taken directly from Chandpur to visit the historical site of Faridganj. There they first went to Faridganj, a press club. The journalist leaders welcomed them there.
Journalists were exchanged views at the organization’s office, chaired by MK Manik Pathan, president of Press Club Faridganj, to see the ancient signs of Faridganj upazila. Invite them to visit various historical places of Faridganj.

After taking a simple lunch in Chandpur in the afternoon, they spotted the sunset of the Chandpur Meghna boat on a local trawler. Abdul Ghani, co-coordinator of Chandpur wiki community, provided ideas about the horrible nature of the Meghna river and the flow of water from the northern part of the country during the monsoon, river erosion, the severity of water sources, hilsa, agriculture, native fruits and vegetables, biodiversity, education and educational institutions.
