In Chandpur district, the number of corona identified exceeded thousand.In Chandpur district, 31 more corona positive reports were received on Friday. Among them 21 are from Chandpur Sadar, 2 from Haimchar, 2 from Matlab South, 2 from Matlab North, 1 from Faridganj, 2 from Hajiganj and 1 from Shahrasti.
With this, the number of victims of corona in the district has increased to 1,003. The death toll is 60. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office. Sources said 132 reports came in on Friday (July 03). Of these, 31 reports are not positive. The remaining 101 are negative.
The current upazila-wise statistics of 971 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 384 in Chandpur Sadar, 105 in Matlab South, 101 in Shahrasti, 98 in Faridganj, 97 in Hajiganj, 68 in Matlab North, 43 in Kachu and 75 in Haimchar.
The upazila-wise statistics of 60 deaths in the district are as follows: 17 in Chandpur Sadar, 16 in Hajiganj, 8 in Matlab North, 7 in Faridganj, 5 in Kachua, 4 in Shahrasti and 3 in Matlab South.
