15 more people identified as corona infected in Chandpur: The total number of infected is 1,925.In Chandpur, samples of 116 people were tested in the last 24 hours. Of these, 15 were found corona positive.

There is no new death. The number of people affected by corona in the district is 1,925. The death toll is 75 people. This information has been informed by the Civil Surgeon’s Office.

The upazila-wise statistics of 75 deaths in the district are as follows: 21 in Chandpur Sadar, 17 in Hajiganj, 10 in Faridganj, 10 in Matlab North, 7 in Shahrasti, 6 in Kachua, 3 in Matlab South and 1 in Haimchar.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Sakhawat Ullah said that the number of samples collected in the last 24 hours is 7247. There were 7131 reports. He added that out of 1925 people affected in the district, 1317 have already recovered. 518 people are under treatment. So far, 673 patients have been admitted in isolation.
