In Faridganj corona patients exceeded more than hundred.In Chandpur Faridganj, the number of people affected by Corona is more than hundred. Corona virus has been detected in two days on Thursday and today, including police inspectors, health workers and the dead. With this, the number of victims of corona in Faridganj has increased to 102 people.
July 03, Hospital authorities confirmed that 1 out of 3 reports received by Faridganj Upazila Health Complex on Friday afternoon was corona positive and 7 corona out of 8 reports were identified on 02 July.
Faridganj Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer said. Ashraf Ahmed Chowdhury said, the new victims are Faridganj police SI. Shahjahan (50), Rnid Wip Nandita Hawlader (25) of Upazila Health Complex, late Abul Bashar (40) of Dhanua village of North Gobindpur Union No. 9, computer operator of Balithuba Western Union Parishad No. 1 Umme Tamima (28) and her son Md. Tamim Hossain (14), Ismail Hossain (23) of Chowranga village and Mashiur Rahman (42) of Koraitali Chaumukha village of Paikpara South Union have been identified for the first time.
He added that a total of 11 reports came in two days. Of these, 8 corona reports are positive. Of the 398 reports received so far, 351 have been reported, of which 102 have been corona positive. Of those affected, 10 died and 49 returned home healthy. Besides, reports of 47 people are awaiting.
Police Officer-in-Charge Abdur Rakib said, ‘On June 23, I and SI Shahjahan provided samples for corona examination.Yesterday my report came negative and SI Shahjahan’s report came positive.’
He further said that another SI of Faridganj police station Jalal Ahmed is undergoing treatment at Rajarbagh Police Line Hospital with coronary symptoms.
